Our client is a multinational, based in the The Hague region. For the Design, Print and Digital team, there is currently an opening for a dedicated Project Advisor. This team provides a full range of services for internal customers in the area of Design, New Media and Brand Communications.

Your principal responsibilities will be:

Clarifying the customer brief, working with the customer to confirm it, and where necessary shape their requirements.
Briefing design agencies and/or other suppliers, ensuring they are clear on all key elements of the brief.
Have an active role in the promotion and the usage of new media.
Quality control at all stages of the design and production process, ensuring that output meets requirements of the brief, comply with brand guidelines and standards and meet set budget and timeline.
Liaise with the customer throughout the project life cycle to ensure they are aware of progress, approvals, costs, etc.
Administration of each project to ensure it is recorded on and managed through the relevant systems.

Functie-eisen
Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Education minimal at BA level in communication or design.
Demonstrate credible experience (min. 5 years) in the production of media collateral or in advertising.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Good working knowledge of all appropriate MSOffice software.
Experienced working with budgets.
Strong interpersonal and customer relation skills.
Experience in working with strict brand guidelines.
Availability for at least 32 hours per week, 40 hours is preferred.
