As Product owner you are responsible for all new and existing products and service developments. As key stakeholder of the (scrum) product development team you have a strong vision on (mobile / 4G/LTE) video monitoring and youre able to turn that vision into an appealing roadmap for our customers. As Product owner you represent the stakeholders and you are the voice of our customers. You will make sure the Scrum team is continuously adding value to the business. By being in constant dialog with important internal stakeholders such as the CTO, marketing and sales and external stakeholders such as (potential) customers and (Telecom) resellers you are capable of defining a practical but still visionary roadmap that will strengthen our leading position on the market for mobile video monitoring. As were working in a Scrum team, you will as Product owner lead the biweekly sprint review and sprint planning meeting to make sure the Scrum development team delivers according to the roadmap. You are responsible to prepare new developments by writing detailed product information pages in Confluence, containing functional product information, architectures prepared by the lead architect and product designs created by the Scrum team designer. It is your responsibility that all developers know exactly what to build, for who to build it and why to build it. You will do this be preparing a product backlog with customercentric items to develop (user stories). You will prioritize items on the product backlog on business value, which will be a constant process of evaluating and comparing the size of the developments, the needs of the stakeholders for a development and the revenues it will generate. As Product owner you will work very closely with other key roles in the Scrum team such as the Scrum master, who is responsible for removing impediments to the ability of the team to deliver product goals and deliverables and the lead architect, who is responsible for the technical working of the product. The Product owner is a strong communicator, has a strong product vision which he or she knows to balance with an objective view on the market trends and stakeholder needs. The ability to manage priorities and empathize with team members and stakeholders are vital to steer the project in the right direction. The Product owner bridges the communication gap between the Scrum development team and their stakeholders. Having a technical background is preferred as youre working with an academically skilled development team, so you need to understand the technical language that developers speak. On the other hand the Product owner needs to be able to speak about the product in clear non technical terms to stakeholders.The Product owner reports to the CTO, who is head of all product developments inside Cloud Management Service Europe B.V. Tasks & responsibilities Product Development Responsible for building a product backlog and product roadmap Responsible to prioritize developments on business value Responsible to create customercentric development items (user stories) Coresponsible (together with the Scrum team) to achieve product release deadlines Responsible to write product documentation on functional level for all product backlog items prior to development (who, what, how) Responsible for all product communication on / in items like (press) releases, marketing materials, website, factsheets Responsible to demonstrate the product (releases) to key stakeholders Responsible to educate the stakeholders during the development process (progress, changes, impediments) Responsible for structured biweekly sprint review and sprint planning meetings Responsible for continuous support to the Scrum development team on product development or product vision questions Coresponsible with the Scrum master for the Scrum team to be in optimal shape team structure, right skills, right people, right knowledge, right tools Management & reporting Monthly reporting to the CTO on product KPIs (Bugs, releases, new features, performance), product vision and product strategy Provide input to the CTO for yearly business plan preparation on the following items Team structure Financials (budgets) Product development strategy Product roadmap Report to the CTO on Scrum team performance and individual developer performance Product vision Responsible for following industry related market trends and applying them in your product vision Responsible for following technology trends and applying them in your product vision Create a challenging product vision which is shared by the company management, CTO and company board Responsible to convey your product vision into business value Responsible to engage the Scrum development team with your product vision

De salarisrange voor de functie is globaal Euro 2.800 tot Euro 5.500 per maand, o.b.v. een 40-urige werkweek. Daarnaast zijn er goede secundaire regelingen.
