Hey, goedendag!

Are you looking for an excellent, but also affordable Dutch course? Het Bijlesbureau provides private Dutch NT 2 lessons for non native adults or children. All our courses are taught in a 1 on 1 setting in the privacy of your own home or through Skype. We have three different courses you can enroll: beginner, intermediate or advanced. We pay attention in our courses to all aspects of the Dutch language; grammar, spelling, speaking, writing etc.

It is also an option to define the contents of the course yourself. It is for example possible to pay extra attention to writing a formal letter or practicing your speaking skills. This approach makes it possible for you to improve your Dutch skills in only a short amount of time. Our team of teachers is composed of a group of very enthusiastic and motivated Dutch university students. They are all experienced in teaching Dutch and very eager to help you improve your skills.

First we always arrange a test lessons to see whether or not the both of you can get along. During your course you have one and the same teacher who will accompany you through all lessons. Because of the use of students we can offer you our courses starting at a price of only € 18,- a hour.

Our course in short:

What?
A private Dutch course for non native speakers. We offer three kinds of levels;

– Beginner A1 – A2: You know some words Dutch but you can’t have a proper conversation.
– Intermediate B1 – B2: You have some knowledge of the language but you still make some basic mistakes.
– Advanced C1 – C3: Your skill level is advanced and you are very able to express yourself both verbal and by written word. There are however still some minor gaps in your knowledge and skills.

Next to these three courses it’s also possible to focus on a certain aspect you would like to improve, for example writing or pronunciation.

Where?
The tutor will come to your home or you can participate through Skype. It’s also possible to meet at a public place such as the library.

What time period?
There is no set time period for our Dutch courses. It is possible, in consultation with the teacher, to compose your own schedule depending on your goals and spare time.

By who?
All our lessons are taught by tested and motivated Dutch university students. You can get acquainted during a first, noncommittal, test lesson.

Materials?
We have our own materials we can use free off charge.

Cost? 
Our standard rate is applicable to all Dutch courses. One hour of private Dutch lessons starts at € 18,-. All our rates and package deals can be found at our site.
